Room Setups — Faux Ever That Girl
Booking Policies
Your booking is not confirmed until your deposit/payment is paid. A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours of booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due no later than 4 days before your event. If you're booking within 2 weeks of your event, your deposit is due immediately. If you're booking within 4 days, full payment is due immediately.
Our packages cannot be substituted. Please choose the package that is best for your occasion. However, you may customize your package with our add-ons.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
You must be checked into your hotel room prior to your booking time. Please contact your hotel to find out check-in options if you will not be in town yet.
There will be a $50 USD re-booking fee for any rescheduled booking request.
Access to decorating space: a grace period of up to 30 minutes will be allowed for us to access the decorating space. If access is not granted within this time frame, the booking will be deemed cancelled.
Please be sure to straighten up before you check out. Some hotels/Airbnbs charge a clean-up fee.
How Do I Book?
Complete this booking form, select your package, and provide your details. We'll contact you with your invoice using your preferred method of contact.
How Will We Access Your Room to Decorate?
Hotel bookings: please leave our information at the front desk and advise us of the name of the agent these arrangements were made with.
Home/Airbnb bookings: a key must be left, or entry codes provided, along with any parking instructions.
What If I Need to Cancel or Reschedule?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us immediately.
Rescheduling must be done at least 7 days before your original booking date.
A US$50 rescheduling fee applies.
New date must be within 2 weeks, subject to availability.
Your original deposit will be applied once the rescheduling fee is paid.
Requests made within 7 days of the booking date cannot be accommodated and will be treated as a cancellation.

Rental includes a fixed 2-hour period: 30 minutes for setup, 1 hour for your session/event, and 30 minutes for pack-down. This window does not extend — please ensure the setup location is accessible at the agreed time, as delays reduce your available session time.
The heart arch, candelabras, vases, red carpet, and any other rented decor items remain the property of Faux Ever That Girl. The renter is responsible for their care while in use, and agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement if any item is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal wear.
For Outdoor bookings, please confirm your location is suitable for setup (level ground, weather-appropriate). It is the renter's responsibility to secure any permissions required for any chosen location. We provide power for our own LED elements, so no power source is required from you. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to unsuitable outdoor conditions or missing permissions.
If you add our Photographer option, your session is provided directly by Clair Vision Photography as an independent partner. Photo delivery timelines and photography-specific terms are set by Clair Vision Photography, not Faux Ever That Girl.
If you add our Studio option, your session takes place at The Lightroom Barbados (Wildey, St. Michael), an independent studio partner. Access, house rules, and studio-specific policies are set by The Lightroom Barbados.
To reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. A 50 USD / 100 BBD rescheduling fee applies to confirmed bookings, given the outside partners (photographer and/or studio) whose time we may need to re-secure. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
